UPDATE - PLEASE READ: :noes::megaphone: 70 favorites for this dumb little thing!? Honestly, will you guys quit just coming here, faving the stamp, and then running away when there's a gallery here full of art, including a whole gang of original characters in desparate need of some loving? THERE'S MORE TO ME THAN JUST "UM, STUFF," PEOPLE!

^^; It's stupid, isn't it? But, I figured I'd do something silly like this for the first stamp I make. The emoticon shown is one of devARTs, as seen here: :shrug:

Basically, how I made this stamp was I used Photoshop to create the unmoving parts, and then I opened the shrug icon in Jasc Animation Shop to copy each frame to the stamp in Photoshop. Then, I would create each frame of the stamp and copy it to a new file in Animation Shop. Once I did that, I set all the speeds to match the shrug icon and saved as an animated gif.

Well, there you have it. Feel free to use.

EDIT: Wow. Thanks to everyone who liked, faved, and/or uses this stamp. Sure, it's not getting NEARLY as much attention as more popular stamps, but compared to what my gallery usually gets, this deviation sure is getting some attention.

Actually, you can make moving designs in Photoshop too, using the animation option, that's how I make my GIFs.
